For the safety of all students, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions your child may have so we can accommodate them during class parties at AMDC.

Please be aware that music may be played at high volume during classes and events at AMDC.

WAIVER: By enrolling their child in classes at Artists in Motion Dance Center, parents acknowledge and agree that the studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during dance or acro classes. Parents understand that participation in dance and acro activities involves inherent risks, and they waive any claims against Artists in Motion Dance Center for such incidents. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure their child's readiness for physical activity and to provide any necessary medical information or accommodations. This waiver serves as an agreement between Artists in Motion Dance Center and the parents, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with dance and acro classes

PHOTO/VIDEO: Parents consent to the capture of photos and videos of their child during classes and performances at Artists in Motion Dance Center. They grant permission for these images to be used for promotional and educational purposes by the studio. (Social Media Platforms + Advertising)
