This NEW Parents Night Out

event is the perfect opportunity for parents to take a break and let their children have some fun!

Artists in Motion is hosting an event that will feature a different theme every Parents Night Out. Each night will include an obstacle course, games, arts/crafts, and more!

To cap off the night, a Movie Night is held where children can watch a movie snuggled up in their favorite blanket & enjoy snacks with their new friends.

Parents can enjoy their night out, confident in the knowledge that their kids are in a safe, supervised environment, making new friends, and having fun!

Each Parents Night Out Event is from

7pm - 10pm

Drop Off 6:30pm

WEEK 1 - SATURDAY, JUNE 1st

WEEK 2 - FRIDAY, JULY 5th

WEEK 3 - FRIDAY, JULY 19th

WEEK 4 - FRIDAY, JULY 26th

WEEK 5 - FRIDAY, AUGUST 2TH

Payment of $45 must be paid IN FULL upon signing up.
The $45 is for the entire 3 hours of the event.
No discount if you pick up your child early.
You must sign up for each week separately.
If not enough children sign up and the event is canceled (*4 person minimum) - money will be given back to those who registered.
Parents must sign a waiver upon registering.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING 2 OR MORE CHILDREN (SIBLINGS ONLY) - YOU MUST REGISTER THEM AT THE STUDIO IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR DISCOUNT.
NO refunds for no shows or cancellations.

PHOTO RELEASE FORM - I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian give permission to Artists in Motion to use photographs and/or videos of my child for promotional or marketing purposes. I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used in print materials, on the Artists in Motion website, on social media platforms, prints, or in any other promotional materials. I release Artists in Motion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from the use of these photographs and/or videos.

I agree that I disclosed any necessary medical information regarding my child such as allergies, food restrictions, and any other imporant information regarding their medical health.

I give permission for my child to participate in the Parent's Night Out Event hosted by Artists in Motion Dance Center. I acknowledge that this event involves physical activities that may carry certain risks, and I understand that Artists in Motion will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all children, but accidents may still occur. I certify that my child is physically and mentally capable of participating in the event's activities, and I understand that Artists in Motion is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that my child may sustain during the event. In case of any medical emergency, I authorize Artists in Motion to seek medical treatment for my child, including emergency medical services or hospitalization. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred, and I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artists in Motion, their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in the event.
