WAIVER: By enrolling their child in classes at Artists in Motion Dance Center, parents acknowledge and agree that the studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during dance or acro classes. Parents understand that participation in dance and acro activities involves inherent risks, and they waive any claims against Artists in Motion Dance Center for such incidents. *

FEE: I understand that I will have to pay the Registration Fee of $50 ( $40 with Early Bird Discount) in order to have my Registration accepted. I understand that when my Registration Form and Registration Payment is processed, I will not be accepted if I have a remaining balance from any previous years at AMDC. Registration Fee is non refundable.

PHOTO/VIDEO: Parents consent to the capture of photos and videos of their child during classes and performances at Artists in Motion Dance Center. They grant permission for these images to be used for promotional and educational purposes by the studio. (Social Media Platforms + Advertising)
